Description:

Machine available in Manual and Hydraulic version. Blow hole free robust Bed made of graded casting and precisely machined and precisely surface matched by scraping at the functional surface. Rigid Head Stock to give smooth and vibration free operation. Carbon Steel (E.N. Series) Spindle precisely machined and precisely surface matched by scraping at the bearing surface. Spindle is mounted on taper roller bearings at both the end. Spindle drive is by A.C. motor through Vee belt/belts. Rigid Tail Stock with large diameter ram and sufficient bearing area for smooth travel. Slide are machined and precisely surface matched by scraping for smooth travel. Robust Square Tool Post for mounting of tool/roller.
